Warangal:Oct 21 (PMI) Warangal Police Commissioner said on Saturday that while carrying out the aspirations of police martyrs, they should excel in their duties and serve the public. Warangal Police Commissionerate Office

Police Martyrs Commemoration Day (Flag Day) was celebrated at Martyrs Stupam. On this occasion, Crimes DCP Dasari Muralidhar read out the names of 189 police martyrs who died in the line of duty in the country from last year till now. Later, Warangal Police Commissioner and Warangal District Judge Radha Devi were the chief guests of the program. Warangal Hanumakonda District Collectors Praveenya, Siktha Patnaik, Greater Warangal Municipal Commissioner Rizwan, DCPs Muralidhar, Ravinder along with additional ACPs, ACPs, Insectors, R. Ilu Police. The family members of the martyrs, members of the Police Officers’ Association and other police personnel paid their respects at the Police Martyrs’ Stupa by laying flowers and paying tributes to the Police Martyrs under the leadership of Pidapa, R.I. Chandrasekhar. .

On this occasion, the Police Commissioner said that the policemen who laid down their lives for the service of the

people are great men, they should follow the guidance of the police martyrs and work for the welfare of the people, they should work with sincerity, integrity and honesty to gain a good name among the people. We will always remember them, we all have the responsibility to protect the families of the fallen martyrs and provide full cooperation on behalf of the police department to those who have any problem.

The police commissioner said that it will happen. Later, in a rally from Police Commissionerate Office to Mission Hospital, police officials, personnel along with the family members of police martyrs and police vigilance troupe.
