Hyderabad, April 17 (PMI): Telangana Rashtra Samithi working president K Tarakarama Rao today said his party’s foundation day celebrations will be held like festivities on April 27.
KTR, along with party MLA Maganti Gopinath and MLC Naveen Rao inspected the proposed venue of foundation day celebrations at HICC, Madhapur, here on Sunday and discussed about the arrangements. Speaking to the media, KTR said it has been 21 years since the party was floated and arrangements were being made to make the foundation day on a grand scale.
Stating that over 3,000 party delegates are expected to attend the foundation day celebrations, KTR said only those, who have valid entry passes will be allowed to attend the meeting and the process of issuing passes will commence soon.
“We will hold a meeting with leaders of Greater Hyderabad on Monday and will discuss about the arrangements. Similarly, I have asked the party cadres to hoist the party flag in their respective areas on the foundation day,” KTR added. (PMI)
