
The four youths that include the son of an IAS officer, doctor, a company director and a software engineer procured drugs frequently through the website. Based on the disclosures made by Calvin during the interrogation, the police identified the youths and counseled them at a secret location to protect their identity. However, neither the police nor the Excise officials confirmed their names.
It’s also learnt that a few teenage boys studying at some international schools in the city had also procured drugs from Calvin. The police are trying to contain the drug menace on the basis of information gathered from him.
Meanwhile, the SIT investigating the case is questioning actor Subbaraju at Excise and Enforcement office on Friday. Popular director Puri Jagannadh and cameraman Shyam K. Naidu were questioned on the first and second day respectively and a total of 12 persons were summoned from the movie industry. The interrogation of one person per day will continue till July 29.
