Motive: House breaking by Night.
Brief facts: on 06-11-2023 at 09.00 hrs received a complaint from Sri Syed Mujahid Hussain he is a employee in Dubai and now settled in R/o 28 MIGH, New Santhosh Nagar Colony, Hyderabad On 05/11/2023 at about 10.10 PM as he along with his family members went for attending their relative’s marriage at Legacy palace, Bahadhurpura. Later after attending the function they returned to house at about 03.40 AM and meantime while he opened gate then the main door lock was broken and when entered into the house then articles in the house were scattered and almarah door was also broken which consists of Gold- 11 necklace, 51-rings, 27-Ear rings (pairs), 12 bangles, 4-Kades, 1-bracelet, cash of Rs.80,000/- and 300 US Dollars were missing. Basing on his complaint registered a case in Cr.No.241/2023 U/s 457,380 IPC and investigated into. During the course of investigation the accused person namely Habeeb Mohammed @ Chotu and Mohd Ibrahim, S/o Late Mohd Yousuf were apprehended on 13.11.2023 at 04.30 hours and recorded his confession cum seizure panchnama, in which the accused A-1 has confessed the below mentioned (04) crime cases i.e. 1) Crime No. 241/2023 U/s 457, 380 IPC of IS Sadan PS. 2) Cr. No: 385/2023 U/s 457, 380 IPC of Saidabad PS, 3) Cr. No: 406/2023 U/s 457, 380 IPC of Saidabad PS and Crime No. 313/2023 U/s 379 IPC of Falaknuma PS and the below mentioned case property recovered from him.

Mallesh, Inspector of Police being investigated by Sri N Saidaiah, Inspector of Police with the assistance of Sri K. Parvathalu, Sub-Inspector of Police, and other staff of IS Sadan PS, Hyderabad.
