WOMAN ENTERPRENEUR HELPING COVID-19 FRONTLINE WORRIORS IS APPRECIALBE: CP CYBERABAD

Hyedrabad June 02 (PMI): Commissioner of Police Cyberabad Shri. V. C. Sajjnar (IPS) today met WE HUB officials with ADCP Manikraj and ADCP Admin Lavanya NJP. Woman Entrepreneur Keerthi Priya along with CEO of WE HUB Deepthi Ravula and Vice President WE HUB Shakunthala expressed gratitude to CP Cyberabad for giving an opportunity to help the frontline Police warriors.

Cyberabad CP instructed ADCP Admin Lavanya NJP to distribute 3 tons of Gooseberry dehydrate among the police personnel to increase the immunity of the police in Cyberabad commissionerate who were fighting COVID 19 on the frontlines.

Ms. Keerthi got an opportunity through WEHUB to work with Cyberabad Police during the initial days of the COVID Crisis. Woman Entrepreneur Keerthi Priya’s Nurture Fields Startup Company basically deals with post-harvest food wastage, sun dried products which is incubated at WEHUB, A Govt. of Telangana initiative for Women Entrepreneurs.

A PGDM from IIM- Calcutta, Keerthi runs this startup with her mother to counter food wastage and also employs local women in her village Tonda, Tirumalgerry Mandal, Suryapet District. Keerthi’s father Odepalli Venkanna is a police constable who is working with part of the Telangana Police under the Mothkur Police Station.

Shri VC Sajjanar (IPS) appreciated WEHUB and its efforts to enable Women Entrepreneurs like Ms. Keerthi Priya and urged the people to follow the lockdown Norms seriously to avoid the spread of COVID 19 infection. (Press Media of India)
