On 17.05.2021 at about 16:00hrs hrs received credible information regarding illegallyselling Oxygen Concentrator on High Price without any MRP & Bill Receipts at opposite to RadhikaX roads, AS Rao Nagar to the needy customers, Sri. B. Sreenu, SIP along with two panch witnessesand police proceeded to above mentioned address their the accused persons i.e A1) PrudhviKalva S/o Shankar Kalva, Age: 32yrs, Occ: Food Business, R/o Millenium House, Road No: 10,Plot No: 21, Banjara hills, Hyd. Who is having said Oxygen Concentrator came to said place along
with A2) Geedula Raja Suresh Kumar, S/o Late G. Raja Narsimha, Age: 49yrs, Occ: MedicalSuppler, R/o H.no: 1-9-532/33, Adikmet, near Bhavani Hotal, Nallakunta. Duly they both revealedthat the Oxygen Concentrator was purchased for Rs. 50,000/- for their family members and notused and they are planned to sell for Rs. 65,000/- per each with hiking rates to needy customerand earn money by easy way. On that took the accused persons A1 & A2 were caught redhandedly, thus the said accused person violated the government provisions in Lockdown Period
and disobeyed the government rules and cheated by selling with hiking rates, then they tried tofled away from the spot. And they were taken into custody and recorded the joint confessionalstatements of accused person in the presence of mediators and seized 1) Dedakj oxygenconcentrator-02 2) Mobile Phone-01 3) Bajaj Platinum Vide Br.no: TS09EQ3959 under the coverof confessional cum seizure panchanama Accused persons :A1) Prudhvi Kalva @ Abhinay Bijjala S/o Shankar Kalva, Age: 32yrs, Occ: Food Business, R/oMillenium House, Road No: 10, Plot No: 21, Banjara hills, HydA2) Geedula Raja Suresh Kumar, S/o Late G. Raja Narsimha, Age: 49yrs, Occ: MedicalSuppler,R/o H.no: 1-9-532/33, Adikmet, near Bhavani Hotal, Nallakunta, Hyd(The accused persons were apprehended on17.05.2021 at 16:30hrs in Radhika X roads and produced before the Hon’ble court forJudicial custody on18.05.2021)Seizure Made:1) Dedakj oxygen concentrator-02 2) I-phone cell phone & Real me silver color phone 3) BajajPlatinum Vide Br.No: TS09EQ3959.Under the supervision of Sri. K. Shiva Kumar, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police,ushaiguda Division, Rachakonda and Sri A. Manmohan, Inspector of Police, PS Kushaiguda, Sri.B. Sreenu SIP, Sri Veeresha Chary, PC 4401, Sri. Tulasi Rao, PC 11227 have done this good workwith help of SOT Team, Malkajgiri, Rachakonda. CP Rachakonda has warned people indulgingin black marketing of Oxygen cylinders and concentrators and playing with life of people.Such accused will be detained under PD act and fast track court trial will be conducted.There is punishment of 7 years imprisonment under 420 IPC. CP has appreciated SOT
and Kushaiguda police.
