Hyderabad, Nov.10 (PMI):As per the orders of Sri. C.V. Anand IPS, The Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City Police, today on 10th November 2022, Sri P. Sai Chaitanya, IPS, Dy. Commissioner of Police, South Zone and Sri G Chakravarthy, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Task force conducted rowdy sheeters mela at C.A.R. Head Quarters. In South Zone, as many as (647) rowdy sheets are being maintained in various Police Stations. As per the criteria given by the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City for closure of rowdy sheets, the DCP South Zone, DCP Task Force along with their teams reviewed all the rowdy sheets and finalized 47 rowdy sheets to be closed and got the approval of the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City.
REASON WISE ABSTRACT FOR CLOSURE OF 47-ROWDY SHEETS
( 1) 10 years of previous clean record (i.e. No Police case and No Case in PT) 35- Rowdy Sheets( 2) 60 years and above aged and clean Police record in the last 5 years.03- Rowdy Sheets ( 3 )55 Years of age and only one case in PT as on date.01- Rowdy Sheet (4) On health grounds 08- Rowdy Sheets
In this mela, nearly three hundred (300) rowdy sheeters have attended, DCP South Zone and DCP Task Force counselled them and instructed not to involve in any criminal activities in future. Further, advised other rowdy sheeters to maintain peaceful life in future and their sheets will also be closed.( Shoukat-Press media of india)
