Jana failed to develop, Bhagat will win Sagar bypoll: Home Minister, Mahamood Ali

Hyderabad, April 7 (Press media of india):  Home Minister, Mahamood Ali today said that giving votes to  congress leader  K Jana Reddy is of no use as he did nothing for development of Nagarjuna Sagar segment going for bypolls.

The minister appealed people to support TRS candidate Nomula Bhagat in the polls to win. He attended a program of Muslim minorities along with Council chairman G Sukhender Reddy in the segment.

Later he told media that the Congress leader failed to address local issues of fluoride , water issues and irrigation projects and basic amenities. When he failed to develop why would voters give Jana Reddy votes, the home minister asked. The TRS Government has been offering all support to farmers, poor, old aged, widows and students. Several schemes of welfare are being followed by other states, Ali said. He attributed the fast development and welfare programs to chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. KCR government addressed fluoride problem in the segment through mission bhagiratha water he said.

Jana Reddy a former minister is now old and can do nothing for development even if he wins, Ali said. Since people in the segment complained of facilities and Jana Reddy failed to address the same, he charged. Despite Corona pandemic the KCR government has not stopped welfare schemes he said.

It is only Telangana state spending huge funds of about Rs 40000 Cr Welfare alone. KCR is kind hearted as he gives Rs 1 lakh financial assistance to poor families towards marriage he said. The home minister said that Kalyan Lakshmi, Shadi Mubarak, pensions, KCR Kits and others are noted for reaching the poor and margin sections. Hundreds of gurukul schools ,colleges opened by the KCR government and lakhs of Muslim students, SC, and STs are studying he claimed.

Keeping welfare schemes, development programs, irrigation projects by the KCR government, the people will support TRS in the polls. He urged the voters to support TRS candidate to develop the segment  further. (PMI)
