Medchal.  July, 21 (PMI): Smt Gandara Keerthi D/o G. Sudheer Rao who is accused in C C No 357 of 2017 in Athevally Court at Medchal in connection with a cheque bounced case filed by Smt Shalini Saincher D/o Raja Prem Gopal Saincher Great granddaughter of Sir Maha Raja Kishen Pershad the then Prime Minister of HEH the Nizam Govrnment of Hyderabad Deccan under NI ACT two years back.

The case is adjourned on 10^th August. It may be mentioned that a case was filed under NI ACT  by Smt Shalini Saincher in 2015 against her on charge of dishoarded the cheque on presentation by her and a case was registered as C C No 357 of 2017 in above said court.
