BAHADURPURA POLICE ARRESTED 3 PERSON FOR CONSUMING GANJA

Hyderabad; 06 Oct 2023 ( Ali Abbas, PMI ): Sri. D Anil Kumar, Inspector of Police, Bahadurpura Police station on 05.10.2023 while performing night rounds apprehended three suspected persons who were consuming Ganja and in the possession of small knife.
Details of Respondent persons.
1) Syed Saddam S/o. Syed Jabbar, R/o. Bahadurpura, Hyderabad.
2) Mohd Azeem S/o. Mohd Qayuum, R/o. Road. No. 9, Hassan Nagar, Hyd.
3) Syed Naseer Ali S/o. Syed Habeeb, R/o. Hassan Nagar, Hyderabad.
P. Sai Chaitanya, IPS. DCP South Zone, Hyd Said In a media Statement that 3 person are addicted of consuming Ganja and they regularly used to consume Ganja by purchasing small quantity from unknown person at Dhoolpet. As usual on 05.10.2023 the respondent persons purchased the Ganja and came near Bahadurpura Nala and started consuming Ganja, in the meantime the Bahadurpura Inspector who was on night round by seeing the respondent persons in suspicious manner, apprehended and brought to police station. Further on search also found one small knife. The Bahadurpura Inspector booked an E-petty case vide No. HYD233PC232867202 U/sec 61 (A) 61 (B) of CP Act & 290, 186 IPC.
After investigation filed a E-petty case charge sheet vide STC. No.  244996/2023 on the file of Honorable 1st Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Gandhi Bhavan, Hyderabad. The court duty officer Sri. M.A. Hakeem, PC 5127 of PS Bahadurpura successfully monitored the E-petty case on which the honorable magistrate Smt. K. Lalitha (1st Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Gandhi Bhavan, Hyderabad) convicted the respondent persons for a period of 6 days Simple imprisonment and fine of RS 700 each.
The above conviction was secured by IO Sri. D. Anil Kumar, Inspector of Police, PS Bahadurpura and assisted by court duty officer Sri. M.A. Hakeem, PC 5127 of PS Bahadurpura which was monitored by Sri. A. Sudhakar, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Falaknuma Division. ( PMI )
