Vishakapatnam: Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have been witnessing heavy rains for the last few days. Though the intensity of rain is currently high in Telangana, the people in AP too will be soon soak under heavy showers. The Indian meteorological department predicted that both the Telugu states will receive high rainfall on June 17 and 18.
Due to depression and low pressure in the south west region of Bay of Bengal, the areas of the coastal region in Andhra Pradesh will experience strong winds of 45 km per hour and also rainfall in some areas will remains same for the next 24 hours.
In the next three days, both the states will receive heavy rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms.
