Officials said that political parties have taken strict measures to avoid trying to deceive the voters. Two to four special teams are deployed in each police station and extensive inspections are being conducted. Cash, gold, silver and other items affecting voters without relevant documents are being seized. 24/7 check posts are being conducted in the three commissionerates. Special check posts have been set up at the borders entering the city from the metropolis as well as other districts. He said that every inspection is being video recorded so that the inspections are transparent.

    11.25 lakhs in Narayanaguda.

    Narayanaguda police checked a man riding a scooty and found Rs. 11.25 lakhs in his bag. The cash was seized as they did not show proper evidence.
