Telangana people ready to defeat BJP in Lok Sabha polls: CM Revanth Reddy

Huzurabad, April 30 (PMI): Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy said the Telangana people have defeated the Bharat Rashtra Samiti ( BRS) in the semi-final and they are now ready to defeat the Bharatiya Janatha Party ( BJP) in the final of Lok Sabha elections.

Addressing the Jana Jatara Sabha at Huzurabad in Karimnagar district on Tuesday, the Chief Minister said that Narendra Modi, who was the Prime Minister for ten years, had given nothing to Telangana and none of the promises mentioned in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act were implemented.

The Chief Minister reminded that Narendra Modi had insulted the formation of Telangana State on several occasions and made derogatory remarks in the Parliament, saying that the mother was killed by keeping the child alive.

“BJP MP from Karimnagar Bandi Sanjay has enjoyed power for five years, but has not brought anything from the Union government for the development of his Parliament segment,” Revanth Reddy said.

The Chief Minister alleged that the BJP, if voted to power in the Lok Sabha elections, would abolish the reservations and the people, especially belonging to SCs, STs and BCs would be lost their constitutional rights.

He urged the people to teach a fitting lesson to Narendra Modi by defeating all BJP candidates in the Lok Sabha elections. (Press media of india)
