S registered No 2529 Mr Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat has said that some people are spreading false information on social media platform and passed wrong comments criticizing in respect of news up loaded in press media of India with an ulterior Moto to misguide Azadar/Momineen by wrongly   interpreting the sentence quoted in the news dated 13^th June 2022 from Page No 15, line No 17 to 22 contains  “WHEN THE RESPONDENTS SPECIFICALLY OPPOSING SUCH ELECTION, BASING ON SUCH LETTER HEADS AND ELECTION PROCEEDINGS THE PETITIONER CANNOT SEEK THAT THE RESPONDENTS ARE NO MORE AS OFFICE BEARERS. IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, TILL THE MAIN CASE THE DISPUTE IS RESOLVED, IT IS NOT PROPER TO GRANT ANY INJUNCTION IN FAVOR OF THE PETITIONER “EVEN IF A PRIMA FACIE CASE MADE OUT IN THE MAIN CASE”, AND IN LINE NO 23 SAID IN THE RESULT, THIS PETITION IS DISMISSED WITHOUT COST”.  If anybody wants to see the contents of the Judgement can contact Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat President MAMG.

A person by name Chotu Bhai  member of WhatsApp Group (Ya Ali (A.S) Ya Wali Allah) has criticized by posting a message in the groups that “HE (Najaf Ali Shoukat) HIMSELF ADMITS IN HIS NEWS ITEM IN PMI THAT A PRIMA FACIE CASE HAS BEEN MADE OUT AGAINST HIM IN MAIN CASE FOR ALLEGATIONS MADE AGAINST HIM.”  Instead of “IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, TILL THE MAIN CASE THE DISPUTE IS RESOLVED, IT IS NOT PROPER TO GRANT ANY INJUNCTION IN FAVOR OF THE PETITIONER    “EVEN IF A PRIMA FACIE CASE MADE OUT IN THE MAIN CASE”.  He (chotu bhai) has removed three words of the Hon’ble Court Judgement “EVEN IF A” and tried to misguide people with such an irresponsible comment and he has been challenged by the respective respondent to show his quoted wording in the news item or in the Order passed by IIIrd Addl Chief Judge City Civil Court Hyderabad.

Mr Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat demands with Chotu Bhai and others who up loaded the derogate statement on Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms   to tender unconditional public apology within one week (7) days from today for spreading wrong information, failing to which a legal action will be initiated against them in appropriate Court of Law, Civil and Criminal.

If Chotu Bhai failed to prove the allegations made in his post on 14^th June 2022 in WhatsApp Group namely Ya Ali (A.S) Ya Wali Allah towards his false accusations regarding timing of the Bibi^s.a Alam-e-Mubarak, etc then I reserves the rights to take legal actions against him, said Najaf Ali shoukat.

Further Najaf Ali Shoukat said it clearly shows that a particular section or group is on fore front to disturb the peaceful atmosphere of Azadari by their vicious and evil thoughts. (Newslines)
