Hyderabad, : BJP national executive member Indrasena Reddy here on Tuesday faulted TRS working president KTR on having review meeting with principal secretaries.
Indrasena Reddy, addressing the media, said just because of CM’s son, KTR cannot have the right to take the review meeting with principal secretaries, as he is an MLA only and not a minister in the cabinet. Reddy said taking review meeting by KTR is unconstitutional and his act shows that he is acting as de facto CM of the state.
BJP leader also questioned the government about the measures taken for the welfare of people in 400 drought-hit villages in the state. He said the government failed in providing help to drought villages in the state. They should have shown alternative crops for farmers, as seed- beds are drying. The government should release a ‘white paper’ on what actions were taken for farmers and what precautions will be taken further.
State BJP membership drive was successful. Especially youth, women and people in villages are interested in joining the BJP, he said. He condemned the EX MP Vinod Kumar’s statements alleging that Amit Shah was trying to create violence in the state, and said TRS was only doing murder politics in the state.
