Hyderabad, Aug.3 (PMI : The BJP State unit here on Saturday tried to corner the ruling TRS party over the presentation of the annual budget in Telangana Assembly.
Party spokesperson Rakesh Reddy posed a series of questions on the State government’s functioning. He asked the State government as to why the budget was not presented even after eight months after forming government. He also alleged that the State government had miserably failed to address burning problems of the people.
The BJP spokesperson said some 40 percent of the farmers in the State did not get benefits under Rythu Bandhu scheme due to the negligence of the government so far. He also alleged that the bankers in the State were not extending loans to the farmers as the State government did not waive their loans. He said the farmers were suffering a lot due to non-availability of seeds. He demanded that the government immediately solve all the problems raised by his party.
