Warangal :15,670 candidates qualify for final written exam of constable, SI;CP  AV Ranganath 

The Physical fitness tests were conducted at the Kakatiya University campus playground for 22 days.

Warangal Jan.3 (PMI):’Physical fitness tests conducted under Warangal Police Commissionerate as part of recruitment of Stipendiary Police Constables and Sub-Inspectors ended on Tuesday.

Hall tickets were issued to 24,612 candidates and 21,585 candidates appeared for these physical fitness tests (88 percent) in these physical fitness tests which were held for 22 days from 8th of December last month at KU Maidan in Hanumakonda. Finally, 12387 (57.3 percent) candidates qualified the final written test. Out of which 4,784 female candidates were issued hall tickets, 4,458 candidates appeared for these examinations and more than 3,283 female candidates qualified for the final examination. In these examinations which started from 5 am onwards, candidates’ documents will be checked and candidates will be verified through Biometric. After that, a 1600 meter running competition was conducted for the candidates. In this competition, the candidates who completed the run at the time specified by the appointment board were moved to the height, long jump and shop foot. In order to conduct these examinations completely with the help of technology, CC cameras have been installed in the areas where the examinations were conducted and the places where the candidates are moving, and these have been connected to the command control room, and the officials have monitored the conduct of the examinations from time to time. During this examination, the Commissioner of Police inspected the manner in which the examinations were conducted at the field level. During the examination, the doctors made their support team available on the field to provide immediate first aid to the candidates in case of any health problems.
With the end of this exercise today, the police commissioner held a special meeting with the police officers, staff, medical, PTs, administrative department and technical teams who performed the duties in these examinations. On this occasion, the police commissioner congratulated the police officers, staff and other departments for successfully passing the physical fitness tests and presented certificates of appreciation to them. Later, the Police Commissioner congratulated the Additional DCP Vaibhav Gaikwad, who played a key role in the success of these exams, especially the performance of the officers in conducting these exams in a transparent manner.
