Hyderabad June 17 (PMI): The Holy Quran is the divine revelation imparted to Prophet Muhammeds.a.w.s by Archangel Gabriel and transmitted it to the Mankind by the Prophets.a.w.s. There is not an iota of doubt in the minds of Muslim community that the present day Quran is not the same as that which was revealed to the Prophets.a.w.s, perhaps it is the faith of all sects of Muslim that it is infallible as it is word of Allah.
Moulana Ali Hyder Farishta, President Majma-e-Olama wo Khutaba Hyderabad responding to Syed Waseem Razvi, Ex-Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Shia Waqf Board pleading the Supreme Court of India to remove 26 Verses (Ayat) from the Holy Quran as they are “distorted, falsified and promote enormity between human beings and promote terrorist ideology” said that it highly regrettable, deplorable and considered it as plot to create difference in the Muslim Community.
Speaking to PMI, Moulana Farishta said that eminent Religious Personalities, Philosophers, Intellectuals, Scientist and Writers from all over the world belonging to different religions have expressed their belief on the Infallibility of the Holy Quran apart from the Whole Muslim Community. But people like Waseem Razvi want to create misperception, anarchy and abhorrence among the Human beings by leveling baseless allegation about the authenticity of the Holy Quran.
Referring to Hades- e- Saqalaain, he said that Prophet Muhammeds.a.w.s has instructed the Ummah (Muslim Community) that he is leaving behind two valuable thing between you, one is Quran and the other is His Progeny (Ahlaibaita.s) and hold steady fast to them and you will not get mislead till you reach Cistern of Kawther (Houz-e- Kousar).
Moulana Farishta said that Waseem Razvi is working on a plot to create confusion and chaos among the Muslim community regarding the authenticity of the Holy Quran and at the same time misinterpreting the verses (Ayat) and providing silage to the adversaries with a prerogative to criticize the Holy Quran.
Even after the Supreme Court Slapping Wasim Razvi with a fine of rupees fifty thousand while dismissing his petition, Moulana Farishta said that he is raking up the issue again by printing a new Quran without those 26 verses identified by him and submitted it to All India Personal Law Board. There is an urgent need for unified action against Wasim Razvi by all the Muslim Organizations, Associations and Fronts. All legal actions should be explored so that in future nobody dare to again raise such absurd contention against the infallibility Holy Quran. People like Wasim Razvi are working on an agenda to create confusion, anarchy and disbelief among the Muslim community towards the Holy Quran which should be countered and opposed literally, intellectually, legally, politically and through print and electronic media.
