Rs 10 cr released for KCR’s native village

Hyderabad, : State Government today released Rs 10 cr for development of Chintha Madaka village in Siddhipet district. It is the native place of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, who has already said he would visit his village soon. With this, the village may soon get a face lift.

According to the information, the State government has released orders in this regard under special funds for welfare and development. Local MLA and former minister T Harish Rao held a review meeting with district Collector Venkatram Reddy on the arrangements for the visit of the Chief Minister. He asked the district officials to make better arrangements for KCR’s visit. Works on roads,  drainage, power supply,  water and plantation arrangements were being completed in the village expeditiously.
