RPI leader alleges harassment by police at MIM behest

Hyderabad, Aug.27: Republican Party of India (RPI) State secretary Mohammed Abdul Khader has urged the State government to initiate action against Rein Bazaar police for harassing him by filing illegal cases against him and his family members alleging that they were disturbing the law and order.
Speaking to the media here on Monday, Abdul Khader said he was living at Yakuthpura along with his family members and was extending help to the poor at his level. He alleged that the MIM leaders, who were not in a position to face him politically, lodged a false case against him. The police were creating hardships by filing cases without investigation, he said and urged the State government to make the police higher officials to inquire at ground level and render justice.
