Hyderabad, July 02 (Newslines): The annual meeting of Markazi Anjuman Matami Gurohaan Hyderabad Telangana State registered No 2529 of 1996 in view of upcoming Muharram 1444-Hajri was held on 26th June 2022 Preside over by Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat President Marakazi Anjuman Matami Grouhan Hyderabad T. S Regd. No 2529 of 1996 at Panjetani, Dar-ul-Shifa Hyderabad in which Muharram Azadari programs were discussed and finalized.
President of Markazi Anjuman Matami Gurohaan Hyderabad T. S. Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat said MAMG is working from 1955 subsequently registered in the year 1996 vide No 2529 of 1996.
Mr Mushtaq Hussain (Anjuman Parwana Qasim,) who is the presidential candidate of the self-styled Markazi Anjuman Matami Gurohaan filed a Case against Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat (President), Syed Ali Raza Abedi (G. Secretary) and Askari Hussain (Treasurer) the real Office bearer of the Markazi Anjuman Matami Gurohaan Hyderabad T. S and sought for injunction by filing I. A. No 158 of 2021 in O. OP. No 10 of 2021 restraining Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat President Markazi Anjuman Matami Gurohaan Hyderabad T. S Registered No 2529 of 1996, Syed Ali Raza Abidi General Secretary and Askari Hussain Treasure their men and agents etc, from interfering in the administration of the Society, making any publication or communication in any form or manner displaying and proclaiming themselves to be Office bearers of the Petitioner Society till disposal of main Case O. OP. No. 10 of 2021 which was Dismissed By Hon’ble The IIIrd Additional Chief Judge City Civil Court Hyderabad. In the order of the above case in para no. 12 it is mentioned that “As can be seen from the main case the main case is filed for the same purpose”.
The Hon’ble Judge did not allow the prayer of the petitioner Mushtaq Hussain filed in IA No 158 of 2021 and did not accept Self-Styled Markakazi Anjuman Matami Gurohaan led by Syed Haqayaq Ali Khan Abedi @ Abbas Nawab by saying in his Order passed in IA No 158 of 2021 in O.OP. No 10 of 2021 that “Basing On the Letter Heads Filed By the Petitioner and Letter Heads of the Different Anjumans, It Cannot Be Readily Accepted That Syed Haqayaq Ali Khan Abidi Elected as President and Earlier Body Was Dissolved.”
Further Hon’ble judge has clearly stated that just because Anjuman nominated their members for the procession and addressed letter to Syed Haqayaq Ali Khan Abidi “It Does Not Mean That Election is Valid”.
Mr Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat said Self-Styled proclaimed Markazi Anjuman Matami Gurohaan is misguiding the members of the Matami Anjuman/Gurohaan and the so called presidential election which are being held on 3rd July 2022 has nothing to do with the Markazi Anjuman Matami Gurohaan Hyderabad T. S Registered No 2529 of 1996.
Mr Shoukat further said that Self-Styled proclaimed Markazi Anjuman Matami Gurohaan is contradicting their own claim as the matter is Sub Judice (under Trial) on the file of Hon’ble The IIIrd Additional Chief Judge City Civil Court Hyderabad.
