PD ACT INVOKED AGAINST SHAIK CHAND PASHA ROWDY SHEETER OF PS CHANDRAYANGUTT

Hyderabad’–as per the orders of the Commissioner of police Hyderabad Vide order SB (1) No. 10/PD-3/HYD/2023 Dt. 16-02-2023, the SHO Chandrayangutta have apprehended and served PD act Against Shaik chand pasha who is a Notorious accused person and lodged in central jail, chanchalguda, who was previously involved in (16) cases in Hyderabad Commissionerate and the accused did not changed his attitude continuously committing offences, even after going to jail in PD act previously he became a threat to the general public, prejudicial to the maintenance of public order. Many cases were registered against him but he have not changed his attitude and continued the spree, causing breach of peace and disturbance to the public order in the society. Recently the accused committed (01) Robbery case, (01) Extortion and ARMS ACT case and (01) ARMS ACT case vide Crime numbers 1) Cr. No 128/2022 U/s 384, 307 IPC 25(1)(A) ARMS ACT, 66-E ITA-2000-2008 of Mirchowk PS, 2) Cr. No 563/2022 U/s 25(1-B) ARMS ACT of Chandrayangutta PS & 3) Cr.no:590/2022 US 392 IPC of PS Chandrayangutta. The behaviour of accused became more bitter and belligerent day to day and because of his activities the public are being affected at large and “today detained him under PD Act for the Third time and sent to jail.”

Shaik Chand Pasha @ Chand @ Body Guard S/o Shaik awad age: 27 yrs Occ: Cook cum auto Driver R/o: plot no:843, Ghouse nagar, lambada colony, Bandlaguda, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad.

The apprehension was made under the directions of Sri. Mohd Ghouse ACP Santhosh nagar under supervision of Sri. KN Prasad Varma, with the assistance of Sri. Mohd Shaker Ali DI, Sri G Harsih kumar DSI, Sri. N Lakshman PC 5073, Sri. Syed Abdullah PC 2872, & Sri B Praveen PC 30806.
