KCR a rare leader: KTR

Hyderabad, Jan.2 (PMI): TRS working president KT Rama Rao today said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao is a rare leader at the national level and set a record by becoming Chief Minister for second time as people gave mandate to the TRS.

Addressing a TRS workers’ meeting at Sanath Nagar constituency and presided over by MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav, KTR said the party cadre has to focus on voter enrolment due to lapse of about 28 lakh of votes during the recent polls. The people have complete trust on KCR leadership and Sanath Nagar segment should be first in enrolling the voters completely. “We have to ensure that the schemes are reached them besides addressing their problems and issues.

KTR said the TRS supremo is an extraordinary leader in Telangana as he clinched power in Telangana State.  The BJP lost in 103 segments in the recent polls despite rigorous campaigning by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Ministers of other States and other top leaders in the Assembly polls, he claimed. Now the TRS has to win 16 MP seats in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls in 2019 in order to dictate terms at the Centre to achieve the State goals. The committed leaders will get recognition in the party with nominated posts and the party will keep the promises made in a planned manner division-wise. “Rythu Bandhu and Rythu Bhima are being replicated at national level and we have to appreciate KCR in this regard”, he added.

Srinivas Yadav showered praises on KTR for winning more seats in the Assembly polls despite Modi, Chandrababu Naidu and others conducted campaign in GHMC limits. The TRS set a moral record in the advance polls and will show similar victory in future in LS polls, he said.  (PMI)
