Harish Rao slams Governor for obstructing development of Telangana

Gajwel, April 25 (Press media of india): Launching a blistering attack on Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan for obstructing the development of Telangana by holding the Bills without giving her assent, Minister for Finance T Harish Rao alleged that the Governor was deliberately creating troubles to the State government and was working as per the direction of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Addressing the BRS party constituency level meeting at Gajwel in Siddipet district on Tuesday, Minister Harish Rao said the BJP government at the Centre had hatched a political conspiracy against the BRS government and was creating troubles to obstruct the growth of the Telangana by using various institutions.

The BRS government has decided to set up a Forest University in Gajwel and passed the Bill in this regard in the State of Assembly. But, due to obstruction of the Bill by the Governor, the State government couldn’t take up the project and the proposal of setting up the forest university still remains a dream, Harish Rao lamented.

The Minister said that as the Governor was working as per the instructions of the BJP leaders and was stalling the progress of Telangana,  he would continue to question Tamilisai Soundararajan and expose her misdeeds in the public. (PMI)
