G kishan rReddy Visited visited the Mucormycosis (Black Fungus) Dedicated ENT Hospital At Koti, Hyderabad today.

Hyderabad, May 27 (PMI): Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G. Kishan Reddy today visited the Mucormycosis (Black Fungus) dedicated ENT Hospital at Koti, here.
Reddy inspected the Wards and Interacted with Patients. The Minister also took stock of the facilities being provided and required in the interest of speedy recovery of the patients.
Later in the day, Kishan Reddy also visited COVID ICU Ward at NIMS Hospital at Punjagutta in Hyderabad. He inspected the facilities and treatment being provided to the COVID patients in the Ward. The minister reviewed availability of beds, Ventilators including the ones provided under PM-CARES, Oxygen and medicine supplies with the Hospital administration.
Speaking to the Media, Reddy informed that India will produce 259 crore doses of various Covid-19 vaccines by the end of 2021. “The Centre is making all efforts to ramp up vaccine production in the country and by December the monthly production of Covid vaccines will go up to 59 crore doses”, he said.
He appealed the media and general public to unite in fighting the Corona pandemic. “It’s time to work together, we need to built confidence among the affected”, he said.
Central and State governments, will take stern action on the hospitals, which collecting exorbitant charges from the patients, stated  Kishan Reddy.
