Hyderabad-14th December'(Press media of india) Bharatiya Janata Party(BJMM) Former State Spokesperson Telangana Mir Firasath Ali Baqri was under Preventive arrest City Police for Hunger Strike for Expanding Metro Rail in oldcity of Hyderabad Under the Hyderabad Parliament Constituency. Mir Firasath Ali Baqri said Metro rail works from MGBS-Imlibun to Falaknuma, a 5.5 km stretch on the green line originally planned from Jubilee Bus Station in Secunderabad to Falaknuma, has not begun for various reasons. Property acquisition on the congested streets of the old city and proposals for alternate routes have been major hurdles.
