Hyderabad May 28(S Liaqat Hussain Razvi PMI): A total of 21,666 people were successfully vaccinated under GHMC on Friday, the first day of a special vaccination program launched by the government as part of corona control in the state. GHMC in Greater Hyderabad has made extensive arrangements in thirty circles in the wake of the government’s decision to give the vaccine to ten-year-olds from various sectors identified as regulars from today for ten days. Special tokens will be handed over to those identified earlier on Thursday and the vaccination time will be given to them. Reddy, CH.
Mallareddy, Deputy Speaker Padma Rao, Chief Secretary to the State Government Somesh Kumar, Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, GHMC Commissioner Lokesh Kumar along with several MLAs, MLCs and corporators inspected the vaccination centers under their purview. City Mayor Gadwala Vijayalakshmi inspected the Banjara Hills Vaccination Center as well as centers in Sanath Nagar and Khairatabad constituencies. Chief Secretary to the Government Somesh Kumar inspected the center set up at the Red Rose Function Hall in Goshamahal Circle and the vaccination center set up at the Khairatabad Press Club. Deputy Speaker Padmarao Sitaphal inspected the Mandi Center. Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi inspected several centers in Falaknuma Circle. MLAs Shambhipuri Raju, Naveen Rao, MLAs Madhavaram Krishna Rao, Vivekananda, Prakash Gowd, Goodem Mahipal Reddy, Pasha Khadri, Danam Nagender, Maganti Gopinath and other MLAs and other public representatives visited the vaccination centers in their respective areas and inspected the vaccination process.(PMI)
