Hyderabad April 27 (Newslines): Majestic Charitable Trust a family Trust today distributed financial assistance to Auto and Taxi drivers who are rendered jobless in the present lockdown being implemented to contain the spread of Novel Corona virus Covid-19.
Speaking to Newslines Syed Safder Hussain Zaidi, Trustee of the Majestic Charitable Trust said that about 400 deserving individuals hailing from the Auto and Taxi Drivers community have been handed over financial assistance of Rupees 1000 each belong to Golconda, Langer House, MD Lines, Qayam Nagar apart from few candidates from Yakutpura and Dabeerpura localities.
He said that during the month of Holy Ramadan the Majestic Trust whose trustees run the Majestic Hospital in Langar House is providing all possible help to the people to ease the burden caused by the lockdown. Many patients are also being treated at the hospital and charitable work of food distribution and financial assistance is also being taken up.
Langar House Corparator Wajih Saab, Golcunda corparator Aziz Saab, Ali Agha and Azam also participated in the distribution of the assistance to the Auto Drivers and Taxi drivers. (Newslines)
