Hyderabad, Sept.25 (PMI): The president of the Congress party OBC department K. Venkataswamy on Wednesday said that they would hold a meeting of their wing on October 3, 2019 in Huzurnagar Assembly constituency. In a statement, he said that their slogan would be Dasara in huzurnagar- Deepavali in Gandhi bhavan. He called upon the BCs of the state to ensure the defeat of the ruling TRS party leaders in Huzurnagar Assembly constituency by-elections and upcoming local body elections, for reducing the reservations being given to them from 34 percent to 22 percent. He also urged the BC voters to ensure the victory of the party candidate Padmavathi Reddy in Huzurnagar Assembly constituency.
