Hyderabad, Dec.28 (PMI): Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has congratulated the State Government Department of Health, Medical and Family Welfare and the MNJ Institute of Oncology, Hyderabad, on the Institute achieving two World Records, the Guinness World Records and High Range World Records. The CM described it as one of the biggest achievements for Telangana State Government as the MNJ is the first and only Government Hospital to achieve two World Records.
MNJ institute of Oncology on 26th October 2018 organized the largest men’s
gathering of Health Awareness on Prostate Cancer in the city. This awareness
program was participated by 487 men. This was done on the occasion of cancer
day. A 45 minutes session on Prostate cancer was conducted by a group of doctors
from MNJ Institute.
This is the first Guinness World Records achievement for the
Telangana Government in the field of Medicine.(PMI)
