Hyderabad Aug 25 (Newslines): The Shia Muslims have asked with Shia Ulema through a news which was published in Daily News Paper Sada-e-Hussaini through a News agency “Newslines” on 20th August. The Safeer News has come forward and react to clarify the announcement of changing in date of Moonsighting a five day delay by Ulema with a head line stating” Eid khushnud-e-Allah Ke liye manana: Ulema O Mashaeqeen ki Tauheen Bardasht Nahi Ki jaegi”, (Eid should be celebrated for Almighty Allah’s happiness and we’ll not entertain insult of Ulema O Mashaeqeen).
What is wrong or seems to be insulting (Tauheen) for the Ulema who represent the community as religious person if someone is seeking Sharai Daleel as they took four to five days’ time to announce and confirm moonsighting and change Eid-ul-Adha date. All Ulema O Zakereen took four to five days to unite to resolve the conclusion of Moonsighting announcement and they are not having faith on each other. In accordance to Shariat (Islamic rules) if two witnesses (Adil persons) seen the Moon and confirmed the Moon-sighted or general publicity (Shurah Ammah), apart from this there is no concept in Islam that only Ulema have to see the Moon himself and unite with each other to announce the Roite-Hillal (Moon sighted).
“The Safeer News has criticized the persons who asked the Sharai Dalil of delay in announcement of Moon sighting to come forward and bring awareness of moonsighting related to Sharai masael”- This is only to escape from the reply of delay in announcement of Moonsighting,
According to Safeer News the Roite Hilal Committee in Hyderabad has changed its decision within two hours and announced the confirmation of Moonsighting, then why our Ulema have taken four to five days to change their decision. This itself it shows that our Ulema are not united with each other and it’s a shame and insult of Shia Muslim that other sects of Ulema have come forward to unite in two hours and our Ulema took four to five days for the same.
It is a right of Shia Muslims to ask for the Sharai Dalil from Ulema, One cannot question or ask for any clarification or dalil in respect of any “Fatwah” given by “Marjae Taqleed” the Ulema cnnot compare them with Majrae Taqleed. (Newslines)
