A GANG OF 6 HABITUAL CHEATING OFFENDERS ARRESTED BY CYBERABAD POLICE AND RECOVERED 50 CARS

Hyderabad: June 14 ( PMI ) RC puram police on a specific complaint registered a case vide Cr.No: 330/2021 U/s 420 and 406 r/w 34 IPC of PS on 21.04.2021, wherein the accused Palle Naresh Kumar (A-1) approached the complainant and requested him to give his cars for monthly rent. He believed his words and gave 11 cars to the accused Palle Naresh Kumar (A-1) for rental purposes. The accused paid rent for the first three months, later he sold out the cars to others. The complainant asked about his car rents and cars but the accused ignored his words and did not pay rents and not returned the cars. Hence a FIR was booked by RC Puram PS & investigation taken up.

The accused Palle Naresh Kumar @ Naresh Yadav @ Naresh (A1) takes cars on rental basis by giving false promises to the car owners and Car Travel Agencies. He used to give rent for 2-3 months. Later he used to sell or mortgage these cars to others. The accused used to convince the public by saying that, Palle Naresh Kumar (A-1) getting these cars from the government agencies, bank-seized vehicles due to nonpayment of loans, and sometimes auctioned vehicles by banks. Likewise, he made friendship with his associates A2–A6. Badavath Raju Naik (A-2), Kalaumula Vikas (A-3), Golle Bharath Joshi @ Bharath A-4), Bhanuri Election Reddy (A-5), Talla Narsimha Goud (A-6)  and convinced them to earn easy money by selling cars. All agreed and accordingly started selling cars. In order to sell the cars, they directly approached different car travel agencies located in Hyderabad and some individuals and taken around 272 cars from them with an oral agreement to pay the rent monthly. Out of 272 cars, 205 cars were forcefully taken back by the respective original owners of the cars. Out of the remaining 67 Cars, 1 car recovered by Tappachabutra Police Station and 50 cars were recovered by RC Puram Police and 13 cars yet to be recovered.
