Hyderabad : Yadagirigutta DCP Yadagiri has said they identified former Congress MLA and Nalgonda District Congress Committee president Budidha Bikshamaiah Goud, his wife and son as culprits in the forgery case in which Bikshamaiah Goud and his family members tried to grab 250 acres of government land with forged.
DCP Yadagiri produced the three before media personnel after arresting them today. The DCP said the police filed cases against seven persons, including Bikshamaiah Goud. However, Bikshamaiah Goud and his wife Suvarna and son Praveen have obtained anticipatory bail. He said the police will file a petition urging the Court concerned to scrap the bail of Bikshamaiah Goud and his family members as experts proved that the signatures were forged ones. The DCP made it clear that the police will arrest the remaining two persons very soon.
