Hyderabad, Deputy Chief Minister K Srihari today directed the officials concerned to conduct Intermediate examinations in a perfect manner as per schedule. He conducted a high level review meeting on conducting the examinations of SSC, Intermediate and Degree.
The meeting assumes significance as the JAC of KG to PG Educational Institutions has warned of boycotting the examinations if the Government fails to release total fees reimbursement funds to Inter and Degree colleges. Stating that facilities and furniture in model schools, Kasturbha Gandhi schools and residential schools are good, Srihari asked the officials to ensure that the examinations are conducted in a fool proof manner. Examinations and paper valuation centers should be conducted in government institutions and avoid causing inconvenience to the students.
Srihari also suggested to make use of the services of government teachers for examinations as invigilators and for paper valuation. More number of examination centers have to be in place to ensure smooth conduct of the examinations at all levels he said. He is learnt to have asked the officials to make complete fees reimbursement and avoid hiccups by the JAC as it warned of prohibiting the examinations.
