Hyderabad 17 sept(press media of india)Additional Commissioner of Police Sri D.S Chauhan today visited the historical Alawa-e-Bibi and finalised the security arrangement and program schedule that will be observed when the Alam is taken out on the 10th of Moharram.
On the representation given by Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat, president, Markazi Anjuman Matami Grouhan, Additional Commissioner of Police Sri Chouhan today visited the Alawa e Bibi at 2:00 pm accompanied by senior police officers and held meeting with community leaders and all the stake holders regarding the security arrangements and program schedule that take place at the Alawa e Bibi on the Day of Ashura while the Alam is taken out with community leaders and all the stake holders.
He held discussions and analyzed various traditional ceremonial customs that take place on the Day of Ashura while the Alam is taken out. After reviewing all the arrangements and taking into consideration the views of all the Stake holders, he has committed and instructed the officers overseeing the arrangement to ensure that it remain the same as has been observed in the previous years. The Alam will be taken out amidst performing Matam by Grouh e Shaida e Shabbir.
Mr. Aliuddin Arif, Mujawer Alawa e Bibi also represent about the arrangements and requested the police officials to coordinate and cooperate with Khidmat Guzars of Bibi Ka Alam.
He called upon the community leaders, Azadars, Matamdars and all the stake holders to cooperate with the city police for smooth conduction of the proceedings and successful and peaceful conduction of the Moharram Procession.
Additional DCP, Ghouse Mohiuddin, ACP Syed Fayyaz, CI Rein Bazar, M.A. Jaweed, Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat, President Grouh e Shaida e Shabbir, Aliuddin Arif, Mutawalli, Alawa e BIBI, representatives of Faouladi Alam and various other people participated in the meeting.
