MD OF CSK VILLAS ARRESTED FOR CHEATING CUSTOMERS

Hyderabad 12th March’20 (PMI): A resident of BHEL namely Narikuda Sajjan lodged a complaint against Managing Director of CSK VILLAS for cheating him. The accused Suresh Kumar Agarawal who is the Managing Director of CSK Villas Ltd, Rownak and Raj Kumar are the employees of CSK Villas Ltd.
In the year 2012 the complainant entered into agreement with the CSK Villas to purchase a constructed villa at Shadnagar for total sale consideration of Rs. 18 Lakhs and he paid an amount of Rs. 10,30,000/- through bank cheques and net cash, he allotted villa no. 723. Since then the complainant pursue the matter with Suresh Kumar Agarawal and Raj Kumar, but they didn’t take up construction work even after accepting huge amount, dodged the matter on some pretext or other and cheated the complainant. Earlier Suresh Kumar Agarawal and others cheated several persons in Hyderabad and Cyberabad Commissionerate areas. Following are the cases lodged against them

2. Cr. No.414/2019 U/s 447,427,506 IPC Sec. 3 (1) (f) SC/ST Act, of RGI Shmshabad PS.
3. Cr. No.324/2013 U/s 430 IPC of RGI Shamshabad PS.
4. Cr. No.187/2012 U/s 447,188,353 IPC of Shamshabad PS.
5. Cr. No.3/2020 U/s 420,406 IPC of Saifabad P.S.,
6. Cr. No.161/2016 U/s 448,506 r/w 34 IPC of PS Karkhana,
7.Cr. No.165/2006 U/s 406,418,420 IPC of PS Charminar.
8.Cr. No.109/2016 U/s 506 IPC of PS Saifabad.
9. Cr. No.159/2014 U/s 420,323,506 IPC of PS Gachibowli
10. Cr. No.227/2016 U/s 406,420,452,448,354, 120 B IPC of PS CCS Hyderabad
11. Cr.No.62/2020 U/Sec.406, 420, 447, 427, 506 120-B r/w 34 IPC of PS Madhapur .

On 12.03.2020 the accused Suresh Kumar AMadhapu was arrested and being produced before the Hon’ble JFCM court, Shadnagar and remanded (14) days judicial custody. Rownak, Vineeth and Raj Kumar are absconding. (Press Media of India)
