Laxman vows to continue fight TRS govt on Hyderabad Liberation Day

Hyderabad : Telangana BJP president Dr K Laxman today reiterated that his party would continue its fight till the State government celebrate Telangana Vimochana Day officially.

Speaking to the media here today, Laxman questioned why Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was not celebrating the Day officially, especially when he had demanded the previous Congress government to celebrate Hyderabad Liberation Day officially. He also deplored the CM’s poser why we should celebrate Telangana Vimochana Day when we are already celebrating State Formation Day.

Criticising the State government, the BJP leader alleged that the ruling party has nexus with the MIM and are trying to give a religious colour whenever a fervent demand was put forward to celebrate the Vimochana Day officially. He took serious exception to the Chief Minister appreciating erstwhile Nizam’s rule frequently.

Telangana State was realised after sacrifices of people, the BJP chief said the people of the State would give a fitting reply to the TRS government.
