KTR FAULTS CONGRESS FOR LAND ACQUISITION JIBES SAYS GIVING SUITABLE COMPENSATIONS

Hyderabad, IT Minister KT Rama Rao and Transport Minister P Mahender Reddy today planted saplings at Kongarakalan area in Ranga Reddy district as part of SSHarithaharam. MLA Manchireddy Kishan Reddy, MLC Narender Reddy ISIIC Chairman Balamallu and others planted the saplings.

Speaking on the occasion, KTR alleged that the Congress was carrying out misinformation campaign that the government was acquiring lands violating norms. “We are not acquiring the lands for setting up industries and only pooling the land with the consent of land owners and giving suitable compensation also to the Assigned lands”, he clarified. “There is no truth in what the Congress leaders are saying. Real Estate businessmen should not believe in such campaign which is hampering development”, KTR said. The government disproved the comments that lands rate and real estate will suffer a jolt if Telangana formed as the rates are increased. The Minister minced no words saying that Palamur and Ranga Reddy lift projects are being stalled by none other than house thieves.

The Congress leaders involved in double game on projects by moving courts with false cases and resorting to padayataras of no use he charged. However the TRS Government is determined to irrigate 12 lakhs of acres in two districts through these projects. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is keeping the promise of completing the projects and will irrigate 1crore acres as per schedule. KCR is only the chief minister in India with guts for saying that he will not seek votes from people in 2019 elections if he failed to give them safe waters, KTR remarked. The Harithaharam program will sure help increase green cover and people have to come forward to protect the saplings. The Congress regime failed to expand greenery in the state leading to drought and agrarian problems, he felt.
