KCR’s RRR Could Surpass Rajamouli Movie: Vijayashanti

Hyderabad: Telugu film director SS Rajamouli’s new movie ‘RRR’ has become a major point of interest and talking point among people in the two Telugu states of Andhra and Telangana. Taking a cue from the title, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Campaign Committee chairperson Vijayasanthi took a jibe at Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) on Twitter.

This was in reference to the new Master plan that KCR was making to convert Hyderabad into a global city, by dividing it into three parts, the city within the ORR, the city beyond ORR and the city beyond the proposed Regional Ring Road.

She tweeted that Rajamouli directed film RRR’s collection would be surpassed by KCR’s new RRR project according to the latest news. And what is the RRR project by KCR all about? It is the Regional Ring Road, she tweeted.

It is attributed that the delay in the cabinet formation was linked to the RRR project and there was a certain degree of risk that the ministers have to take if they want to be part of KCR’s new cabinet, said a few TRS leaders.

Adding to Vijayashanthi’s Tweet which has garnered enough publicity, TRS leaders are saying that the whole Regional Ring Road project was actually a prelude to a huge scam worth lakhs of crores of Rupees and that the Ministers would be bound to be part of this scam and bear responsibility for this, they said.

It was also said that if any kind of legal issues arise, the ministers would have to take up the responsibility for this and if they were prepared for this only then would they be eligible to join the cabinet. The Chief Minister is also expecting the same thing they said. The TRS leaders are also saying that ministers in KCR’s cabinet are like rubber stamps but now he is making them as direct agents of his illegal activities. Her tweet has sparked an outrage in the political circles of Telangana.
