GHMC standing committee meets, discusse

Hyderabad,  GHMC standing committee today met under the chairmanship of Mayor B. Rammohan, in the meeting hall of GHMC Head Office.
The standing committee discussed the proposal for construction of six-lane Grade Separator Flyover from Aramgarh to Zoo Park, Cost Estimate for Elevated Corridor and at-Grade Improvements from Nalgonda crossroads to Owaisi Junction, Extension of services of three retired employees working in the Office of the Special Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, GHMC on contract basis for a period of 12 months.
The XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad has enhanced the land value in L.A, O.P No. 662/12, dt. 28.08.2017 from Rs 4038 to 4743 per Sq.Yard i.e., Rs 705 per Sq. Yard. For the acquisition of land for road widening and junction improvement plan of Bahadurpura Junction. Installation of cell Towers in open spaces and properties belongs to GHMC (Other than parks and play grounds) to take approval from the Government.
Acquisition of land in Premises No. 18-6- 554 & 555 and 8-6- 683 affected under road widening from Laldarwaza to Chandrayangutta, Bandlaguda – Enhancement of decretal amount from Rs. 2,404 per Sq. Yard to Rs. 4,500 per Sq. Yard. Balance work of construction of Box Drain in Omer Colony from H.No. 18-12- 418/A/114/D to H.No. 18-12- 419/A/07 i.e., Bismilla Café at Hafeez Baba Nagar – Administrative Sanction – Approved. Appointed Y. Venkata Murali, retired Dy. Collector on contract basis for monitoring the preparation of Inventory of Estate Properties –Extension for a further period of six months from January 1, 2018 to June 30.
Dearness Allowances to the State Government Employees from January 1, 2017. Construction of RCC Retaining walls from Kavadiguda Bridge to confluence point of Musi on either side wherever retaining wall is not taken up on Hussain Sagar Surplus nala – submission of an Estimate for according Administrative approval. Grant of License for Collection of Entry fee from the visitors in seven major parks – Enhancement of entry fees for the children in the age group of 5 to 12 years from Re 1 to Rs 2 per person – below 5 years exempted.
