Cong. Demands abolition of G.O.No.39; to approach the Courts too

Hyderabad : Alleging that G.O.No.39 will kill the democracy, TPCC working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said that the TRS government issued G.O. No.39 only to set up Rythu Co-ordination Samithis with TRS leaders. He alleged that the TRS government was going to create land mafias in the state with this G.O.

Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, Bhatti alleged that the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was trying to bring ‘Banchan Dora’ (slavery) system in the state. He alleged that the real land owners will be meted out injustice with the proposed Rythu Samithis. Asking the farmers to stay alert, Bhatti alleged that the TRS government was hatching conspiracy to keep the farmers rights in the hands of TRS leaders.

Asking the Chief Minister to tell whether he didn’t have belief in Revenue and Agriculture departments, Bhatti said that Congress party was opposing the proposed nomination system to clear the land disputes. He asked TRS government to tell as to how the nominated members would solve the land litigations.  Expressing concern over nomination system, Bhatti asked the government not to destroy the existing  system and said that  the G O  was very dangerous to the system.

Alleging that KCR was trying to transform the TRS leaders as judicial system, Bhatti wondered saying that KCR might nominate even MLAs in future. He demanded the state government to abolish the  anti-constitutional G.O.No.39 immediately. He said that  Congress party will challenge the G.O.No.39 in the Courts.
